How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the country. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Will the jewelry tarnish over time?
Our gold-filled pieces are designed to be water-resistant and long-lasting. However, to maintain their brilliance, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Makaro piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
