Returns & Exchanges

At Makaro Jewelry, we want you to be completely in love with your new pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Makaro signature packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
